Sugar Cookies!!

Joshy chose "cool" cookie cutters so dad would like them. So even though it looks like Halloween time its not it was last Saturday before Gary went to work. Always good to sneak in some extra daddy time....

Joshy made a Batman comic book and he wanted to read it to his class. Yesterday he brought it to school. He is so cute! He sat in Mrs. Webb's chair and read it in front of the whole class! He loved it! Thank you Mrs. Webb for these CUTE pics and for being so wonderful with him!

Rough week :(

 Joshy waiting patiently for his face painted, such a sweet boy. He is so good. I just love him! And below, he made a stamp. It is BATMAN!! He drew it, cut it out, and stuck it to the wood block thingy all by himself! I think he would have had more fun at the museum if we were all healthier.

Joshy has not been feeling well at all for a while now. On Friday he had another intrusive dental appointment :(  (all you mamas out there brush those teeth very well twice a day so your babies don't have to go through the same thing! I blame it all on Gary, he has bad teeth I never had anything wrong until I married him!) Anyway, on Saturday Joshy said he was feeling better so we went to the Utah Museum of Fine Arts. It was not a good day. But Joshy was a very good boy while we were there. Tonight I made spaghetti squash topped with homemade sauce and yummy homemade chicken dumplings! (all organic, of course) I am really liking eating clean and learning new recipes and Joshy just loves it!! He is an amazing cook! I met my weight loss goal for last week this week! YAY so I am back on track! Kinda. Today when Joshy and I were working on his homework he was able to read so well and sound out new words. I love seeing the look on his face when he realizes he knows it or he did it all on his own. Gary started training a new person this week.  She is not his replacement, he is training her for a job different than his old one. HAHAHA! Such a smarty!

New do's and Valentine's Day fun!

 Yay for LIME GREEN ROSES!!! Joshy said for Valentine's day the love bug gave me a decorated table!! HAHA! (I did it while he was sleeping)

 My new cut/style and waxed brows!! Starting to look a little prettier...Garys new cut! Only an inch was taken off. Doesn't he have the best smile?

Josh wanted a "cool" haircut! We went to my friend Brenda at gemini salon, he loved it!! Made him feel grown up!

YAY!!!!!!!! I do NOT have to go in for jury duty!! This is the first week in forever that I had important stuff scheduled that could not be changed and no one to watch my MAN Joshy informed me the other day he is not a boy he is a man!! Just like daddy. (hahaha sweetness) and no way of getting to the courthouse! So of course I get a summons. Needless to say I have not been sleeping well. But I don't have to go in and I can fulfill my promise to the PTA and be somewhat of a responsible adult.  This week anyway.....

Being so good at the dentist!

 We had so much fun with Grandma Jen at the aquarium!! The otters are so cute!!

Joshy blowing up a ballon all by himself, he may have still been a bit whoozy from the laughing gas at the dentist. And me, my most recent photo, my face is finally starting to thin out :) I forgot! We went to Journey 2 on monday night, it was okay, better than I expected. gary and Josh really liked it! I think it is definitely a movie for boys. Vanessa Hugdens stars in it. She is so pretty!! I like her that is the only reason I agreed to go.

Today at school Joshy celebrated 100th day of school! He said he had a lot of fun but doesn't want to talk about it. He colored a crown to be like batman and he loves it, he wore it everywhere today. Gary had a dental appointment today and he said for the first time ever  NO CAVITIES! YAY for him! Hopefully it keeps going that way and Joshy follows suit. My Doctors appointment yesterday went well, he said my weight loss is right where he wants it to be and my health is at least 80% better than when I first walked into his office! YAY for me!
